I was named executor for my cousin's estate, I live 500 miles away and could not come to place the home on the market. I NEVER could have done this without all the help that Jim gave me. He hired a dumpster, men to move out the contents, shoveled snow off the sidewalk, and he himself went and pulled up the old carpet to expose the hardwood floors.
